Our current promo includes Piso installation for new subscribers in eligible areas. But our regular rate for installation fee is PHp

3,600.

A modem/router will be provided upon installation. This remains the property of MTC and must be returned if the subscription is

canceled before the contract ends. However, once you complete your contract term and choose to terminate your plan, the

modem becomes yours.

Once your application is approved and the area is fiber-ready, installation usually takes 3–5 working days.

Yes, standard plans come with a 24-month lock-in period, depending on the promo. We’ll discuss the full terms during sign-up 

Let us know at least 7 days before you move. If your new area is covered, we can transfer your connection. 

 You can pay at our office, through GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, or at partner payment centers like Bayad Center.
